Church Leaders

Today’s global culture is experiencing rapid, tumultuous change that is affecting the very structure and significance of congregational leadership.

Ministers and congregational leaders find themselves in the centre of this transition, facing the challenge of how to re-vision church leadership to meet the uncharted requirements of being a faithful church in a post-modern world.

With the widening quest for a spiritual dimension to life - yet a greater breach between the church and society –leaders need Spirit- empowered, missional leadership that has a dynamic impact on the church as well as their local communities.

We are committed to training leaders who can cultivate fruitful, mission-shaped churches.

This includes:

  • Raising up a new generation of emerging leaders
  • Preparing endorsed ministers for vocational ministry
  • Providing ongoing support and care for ministry leaders,
  • Liaising with other leadership stakeholders such as Stirling Theological College (previously CCTC) and ACOM
  • An effective placement process for churches and leaders in transition
  • Professional development process (PDP) for those in ministry

Please see the calendar page for upcoming events and registration information.
